Sampling Systems

With the Keofitt^® remote control systems, manual, semi-automatic and automatic. You can easily take samples without accessing nad manually operating the valve itself.

All the systems can be connected to all sampling valves fitted with pneumatic actuators. The system is based on Keofitt’s patented sampling valve, is guaranteed hygienic, and has a very practical design.

The Remote control consists of a control box that uses compressed air to open close for sampling and steam.

The semi-automatic system take representative samples in-line over a specified period of time (average sample). consists of a control unit with adjustable timers. These timers control pilot valves built into the cabinet and can be set manually from 3 seconds to 300 hours.

The Semi-Automatic sampling systems are used to take in-line sample over a specific period of time (average sample). In a vide range of business areas, such as breweries, dairies, Beverage and other fluid industries, with wide range of products such as:

Automatic systems are used to take automatic aseptic samples. These are user specified and constructed and designed for requested needs. The Automatic sampling system is mainly used in Breweries.
